Chris McGuire is a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty and Team Leader for McGuire Real Estate Team in Tampa Bay. License Number: BK3257477.
Bio: I moved into the Brandon / Valrico area as a 10 year old kid, and have been here ever since. I graduated from Durant Senior High School and attended college at the University of South Florida. As a way to pay for school I started a property maintenance company, Lawn Guru. The company still operates today and services Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Seffner, Lithia, and Fishhawk. My bachelor’s degree is in Criminology. After looking into the field further I decided to go in a different direction. Being around homes doing maintenance and landscaping sparked my interest in real estate and allowed me to pursue my passion as a licensed realtor. I am an avid follower of not only the real estate market, but also the financial market. As a Broker Associate with Keller Williams we are continually encouraged to seek out continuing education programs. I take every opportunity to attend trainings and seminars to ensure that I am always at the top of my game. I truly enjoy using new technologies in marketing and selling homes. I pride myself on keeping ahead of the curve in this competitive market.
Personal Life: I have been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for the past eighteen years and call Valrico my home. I have been married to my beautiful wife Erin for four years and am the proud father of our daughter Anna. My wife and I work as partners in our Family businesses. She owns and operates Imagine Home Staging and Redesign. This partnership allows us to ensure that our listings are market ready quickly and show beautifully. Aside from our real estate ventures we operate a hydroponic and aquaponic farm. I enjoy planting and growing fruits and vegetables and find it very rewarding to provide healthy produce for my family. I am a founding member of The Valrico Rotary club. Giving back to and supporting our local community is very important to me. I enjoy spending my down time with my family or salt water fishing in the Tampa Bay. When we squeeze in time for TV our remote practically only has one channel, HGTV.
